Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required; additional education may substitute for experience.
• Five years of related experience; substitutions permitted by the JHU equivalency formula.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to engage alumni through events, programs, communications, and volunteer activities.
• Lead programs and committees; prepare colleagues, faculty, staff, or alumni for participation in events; recommend new programs and committees.
• Represent the DOFF and Johns Hopkins University at a variety of functions.
• Identify, recruit, train, steward, and recognize alumni volunteers.
• Engage alumni groups and organizations to build a donor pipeline and collaborative opportunities.
