Johns Hopkins University & Medicine - Development and Alumni Relations seeks a Sr. Associate Director of Engagement to oversee alumni programs, volunteer strategy, and donor discovery for KSAS.

The role manages the Dean’s Second Decade Society and related committees, guiding programmatic and fundraising activity to align with school priorities. The position will plan and execute alumni events, manage communications, and build relationships with alumni to support institutional goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Five years of related experience are required; additional education may substitute for experience.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement strategies to engage alumni through events, programs, communications, and volunteer activities.
• Develop and implement strategic programs that foster relationships between alumni and students, the DOFF, and JHU.
• Lead the planning of large-scale and high-visibility events and initiatives. Serve as the point of contact for alumni volunteers and/or event speakers.
• Lead programs and committees. Prepare colleagues, faculty, staff, or alumni for participation in events.
• Represent the DOFF and Johns Hopkins University at a variety of functions.
• Identify, recruit, train, steward, and recognize alumni volunteers.
• Engage alumni groups and organizations in support of their efforts, potential programs, and collaboration opportunities.
• Develop and implement strategies to ensure accurate alumni records and maintenance in the DAR CRM.
• Analyze alumni data, generate reports, and provide recommendations to senior leadership.
• Create, develop, and maintain relationships with alumni, donors, faculty, volunteers, guests and colleagues.
• Lead special projects.
• Other duties as assigned.
