Creative Artists Agency (CAA) seeks an investment-focused professional to join the Strategic Development group in Los Angeles. Reporting to the Head of Consumer Investing, you will evaluate, source and structure opportunities for in-house advisory to executive leadership.

The role collaborates with teams across media, entertainment, sports and consumer brands to build diligence, financial models and memos that inform strategic decisions.

Competenze

• 2+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate strategy or similar roles with consumer brand exposure.
• Interest in media, entertainment and sports industries with a passion to learn.
• Strong financial modelling and quantitative analysis skills.
• Independent thinker with a point of view on risks and rewards of opportunities.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and high level of responsiveness.
• Ability to manage deadlines with autonomy.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics or related discipline preferred.

Mansioni

• Conduct due diligence and execute investment opportunities.
• Build financial models, including bottoms-up statements and valuations.
• Create and present investment, strategy and deal memos and analyses.
• Perform sector analyses, including market sizing and trends.
• Collaborate with clients to evaluate opportunities and structure deals.
• Identify and source opportunities with peers across the consumer brand ecosystem.
• Perform other critical tasks as directed.
