The ideal candidate holds a BA/BS, has 2+ years of admin experience, and shows keen interest in AI, the Creator Economy, and investment analysis. Proficiency with Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel is required.

Qualifications

• BA/BS from an accredited University or College is required.
• 2+ years of relevant administrative assistant experience.
• A strong interest in AI, the Creator Economy, and investment analysis is desirable.
• Proficiency in Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel and internet research.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to two Agents, including calendar management and travel booking.
• Assist with preparation and coordination of presentations, pitch materials, and communications.
• Maintain records related to business development initiatives.
• This desk focuses on strategy, new business initiatives, and may involve investing interactions.
