Pure Storage is seeking a Designated Services Engineer to act as the technical anchor for strategic accounts from Lehi, UT, bridging troubleshooting with relationship management. You will ensure mission-critical infrastructure thrives on the Pure Storage platform and collaborate with engineering and account teams to drive customer success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in an enterprise technical support role.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve complex multi-platform issues.
• Strong communication with executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own primary technical contact for named accounts and guide long-term uptime.
• Lead end-to-end resolution of high-impact cases across hardware, software, and envs.
• Represent customer voice in internal reviews and drive product improvements.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute knowledge base content.
• Own ticket lifecycles and meet KPIs for speed and satisfaction.
