Job summary

Everpure is seeking a Designated Support Engineer to anchor technical support for strategic accounts, ensuring mission‑critical infrastructure thrives on the Everpure Platform. You will bridge complex troubleshooting with relationship management and collaborate with Engineering and Account teams to drive customer success and product excellence.

The role emphasizes owning escalations, mentoring engineers, and contributing to the knowledge base, with in‑office work primarily from a Lehi location.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a professional enterprise-level technical support role.
• Diagnosing and solving complex issues across multi‑platform environments (Linux, Windows, VMware; SAN).
• Advanced networking and infrastructure: Fibre Channel, Ethernet, IP, iSCSI; server components and Hypervisors.
• Strong consultative communication translating technical jargon to business impact for executives.
• Able to manage multiple high‑priority projects and support cases, including on‑call rotations.

Responsibilities

• Drive Account Health and Stability as the primary technical contact for named accounts.
• Lead end‑to‑end troubleshooting of high‑impact cases across hardware, software, and environmental variables.
• Represent customer needs in internal reviews and lead escalation calls for product improvements.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute high‑quality technical documentation to the knowledge base.
• Own the lifecycle of support tickets from intake to resolution while meeting KPIs.
