Everpure, a leading data platform company, seeks a Designated Support Engineer (DSE) to anchor our most strategic accounts. You will bridge complex troubleshooting with relationship management, acting as a trusted advisor to keep mission-critical infrastructure thriving on the Everpure Platform.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a professional enterprise-level technical support role.
• Demonstrated expertise diagnosing and resolving complex issues across multi-platform environments, including Linux, Windows, VMware, and SAN.
• Advanced networking and infrastructure skills: Fibre Channel, Ethernet, IP, and iSCSI; strong server component knowledge and hypervisors.
• Ability to translate technical jargon into business impact for executives and build trust with stakeholders.
• Operational agility to manage multiple high-priority projects and support cases, including weekend/holiday/on-call rotations.

Responsibilities

• Drive Account Health and Stability: act as primary technical contact for named accounts, provide architectural guidance for long-term uptime.
• Orchestrate complex resolution: lead end-to-end troubleshooting of high-impact cases across hardware, software, and environmental variables, with executive communication.
• Champion the customer voice: represent needs in internal engineering reviews and lead high-stakes escalation calls for product improvements.
• Scale collective intelligence: mentor junior engineers and contribute FAQs/KBs to the global Support knowledge base.
• Manage critical escalations: own ticket lifecycle from intake to resolution, ensuring KPIs for response times and satisfaction.
