Job summary

Leidos’ Digital Sector is seeking a Deputy Program Manager for the NASA AEGIS program to lead enterprise IT services across data centers, cloud, networks, VoIP and cybersecurity. This role reports to the Program Manager and drives financial, service delivery, customer satisfaction, and growth objectives.

The ideal candidate brings senior-level program management experience, strong leadership, and a track record of aligning multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 15+ years of relevant experience, or Master's and 10+ years of relevant experience.
Demonstrated leadership and the ability to work under deadlines.
Proven program management across CPAF and FFP contracts, including budgets and customer satisfaction.
Experience interacting with senior level customers (SES and above).
Experience capturing on-contract growth and managing IT contracts with CRM across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Build relationships with NASA and Leidos leadership to align priorities.
Lead engineering across AEGIS technologies including data centers, cloud, networking, VoIP, cybersecurity, and collaboration services.
Translate objectives into actionable priorities, plans, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
Provide direct leadership of portfolio managers and assist in governance and integration activities.
Mentor leaders and foster a culture of innovation, learning, and accountability.
