Job summary

OpenAI seeks a Deployed PM to help customers maximize deployment of our products. You’ll lead product efforts inside strategic accounts, turning customer goals into deployment plans and driving cross‑functional execution with engineering, GTM and customer success.

Build trusted relationships with CTOs and senior engineers, identify opportunities for deeper adoption and new integrations, and unblock blockers to enable long‑term account growth.

Qualifications

• Strong technical fluency and comfort with engineers.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
• Ability to present strategy to senior customer audiences.
• Experience as a founder/PM with customer-facing execution is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as the product lead inside strategic customer accounts, translating goals into deployment plans.
• Drive cross-functional execution with engineering, GTM, and customer success to deliver deployments.
• Identify opportunities for deeper adoption, new integrations, and broader product usage across teams.
• Translate customer needs into product feedback and execution paths for internal teams.
