Job summary

OpenAI in London is seeking an AI Deployment Manager to lead post-sales enablement across OpenAI’s product suite, including ChatGPT Enterprise and Agents. You will design adoption interventions, run live workshops, and deliver high-impact enablement programs for enterprise customers.

This role blends product fluency, instructional design, and customer advisory, owning onboarding through long-term adoption and translating AI capabilities into durable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Six or more years in customer-facing enablement or instructional roles.
• Experience translating AI capabilities into practical business value.
• Ability to design learning journeys and run live workshops.

Responsibilities

• Own enablement of OpenAI products, including ChatGPT Enterprise and Agents.
• Serve as SME for designated product areas and gather customer feedback.
• Lead customer enablement across onboarding, expansion, and long-term adoption.
• Design and deliver onboarding sessions, advanced trainings, and executive briefings.
• Drive activation and measurable value through structured enablement programs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Solution Architects, and Delivery Leads to drive adoption.
