Job summary

Salesforce seeks a Deployment Strategist to lead strategic design and executive relationships for mission-critical AI deployments across defense and national security clients. Qualifications

• 5+ years of leading strategic cloud deployments.
• Understanding of the Salesforce platform and ecosystem.
• Experience deploying AI/LLM technologies with end-to-end engagement management.
• Ability to solve open-ended problems in unstructured environments.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a focus on fast delivery and measurable impact.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with executive stakeholders.
• Proven experience managing executive customer relationships in advisory/consulting roles.
• Experience with AI consulting, conversation design, and responsible AI practices.
• Experience working in or adjacent to secure environments.
• Ability to travel 25-50% of the time.
• U.S. citizen with ability to meet government screening requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic solution design for DoD/IC/defense customers using Salesforce Data Cloud, Flows, and APIs.
• Provide program oversight for deployments ensuring integration, reliability, and security.
• Maintain active executive relationships and present value-driven proposals.
• Guide organizational readiness for AI adoption and change management.
• Design and lead workshops (agent design, jobs-to-be-done) to shape AI solutions.
• Embed with client teams in secure environments to understand challenges and goals.
• Advise on conversation design and user experience for AI deployments.
• Deliver strategic feedback to product/engineering to drive platform evolution.
