Salesforce, Inc. seeks a Deployment Strategist for Public Sector, Nonprofit & Education. You will lead customer engagements end-to-end, defining AI strategy and coordinating delivery across teams to deploy agentic AI solutions that deliver measurable value.

You will work with government, nonprofit, and education customers, shaping roadmaps, governance, and adoption plans while collaborating with engineers on practical implementations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 4+ years of strategic solutioning, technical advisory, or delivery leadership for enterprise cloud/SaaS.
• Experience delivering customer-facing projects in Public Sector, Higher Education, or Nonprofit environments.
• Understanding of Salesforce platform and data/AI capabilities (Agentic AI, Data Cloud).
• Programming knowledge: Python, JavaScript, Java, or Apex.
• Proven end-to-end delivery ability in complex engagements.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end customer engagements from discovery to deployment and outcomes.
• Define AI strategy and roadmaps for client deployments.
• Coordinate delivery timelines, risk, and stakeholder communications.
• Own adoption, consumption, and value realization metrics.
• Collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers for alignment between strategy and execution.
• Develop client solutions using AI tools and platform capabilities.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and present business-value outcomes.
• Assess AI readiness and guide organizational change management.
• Synthesize feedback to influence Salesforce's Agentic AI roadmap.
