Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR in Woodland, CA seeks a Vegetable Demand Planner to balance supply and demand, manage 36-month forecasts, and coordinate between Sales, Operations and intercompany vendors to optimize inventory and costs, acting as the main liaison between Sales and Operations.

You will run CPFR processes, develop constrained sales plans, support S&OP, monitor inventory with MRP tools, issue POs, track deliveries, support new product introductions, and maintain accurate master data and BOMs.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Materials Management, Business Administration, Finance or equivalent
• APICS certification is a plus
• 5 years’ experience in demand planning and forecasting
• Experience with MPS/MRP, CPFR and S&OP processes

Responsibilities

• Generates 36-months forecast for sales and supply and validates with market trends
• Leads demand review with sales, finance and operations to reach a consensus forecast
• Executes CPFR with internal vendors and manages constrained sales plan
• Supports annual budget and quarterly Latest Estimate with realistic forecasts
• Manages purchase orders, vendor PO data, and delivery dates
• Monitors inventory levels and aligns with demand using MRP tools
• Provides KPI reports and supports S&OP with supply status insights
• Collaborates with Sales, CS, Product Management and intercompany vendors
• Assists with new product introductions and PLC alignment
• Maintains accurate master data and BOMs for the portfolio
• Drives continuous improvements in supply and demand planning
