Job summary

Monster Energy in Corona, CA is seeking a Sr. Network Supply Planner to design and own the 0–26 week forward supply plan, bridging S&OE and S&OP. You will transform demand signals, constraints and inventory policy into an executable plan and drive proactive decisions.

The role leverages SAP IBP, Power BI and advanced analytics to improve decision quality, reduce volatility, and optimize capacity and inventory across the network, with collaboration across functions and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations, business, or a related field.
• 3–5 years in supply chain; 5+ years in supply planning.
• Experience with SAP IBP is strongly preferred; SAP APO helpful.
• Advanced Excel skills including Pivot, Power Query, formulas, and scenario modeling.
• Power BI dashboards and data analysis experience required.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the rolling 0–26 week supply plan across assigned units.
• Translate demand forecasts and inventory policies into an executable plan.
• Identify risks and imbalances 6–20 weeks before execution.
• Analyze capacity constraints and drive network-level decisions.
• Define planning handoffs between S&OP and S&OE and ensure execution readiness.
• Leverage SAP IBP and Power BI to inform decisions and improve data quality.
