Job summary

Harvest Food Group, Inc. is seeking a Sales & Operations (S&OP) Planner to lead the monthly S&OP cycle and align demand, supply, inventory, capacity, and financial objectives.

This role acts as a bridge among Sales, Operations, Procurement, Customer Service, Finance, and Supply Chain to drive service levels and profitability. The S&OP Planner will develop an integrated demand and supply plan, identify risks, and facilitate executive decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in supply chain, operations, business, engineering or related field.
• APICS/ASCM certification preferred (CPIM/CSCP/IBF).
• Minimum 5–7+ years in supply chain planning, demand planning, or S&OP.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly S&OP cycle (Demand Review, Supply Review, Pre-S&OP, Exec S&OP).
• Develop rolling 18–24 month demand & supply plan.
• Coordinate cross-functional decisions on demand, capacity, inventory, and financials.
• Monitor KPI metrics (OTIF, forecast accuracy, bias, turns, service levels).
