Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in STEM or supply chain required.
• 3+ years in supply chain, production planning, or purchasing.
• Strong understanding of MRP and production planning principles.
• Advanced Excel skills: Pivot Tables, Power Query, formulas.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production plans to support demand and schedules.
• Monitor planning parameters: safety stock, reorder points, lead times, lot sizes, MRP settings.
• Analyze production, inventory, and supply chain data to identify trends and risks.
• Generate reports and dashboards to support planning and operations.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Supply Chain to resolve constraints.
• Support root cause analysis for shortages and late orders.
• Maintain planning master data and ensure ERP data accuracy.
