Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Demand & Supply Planner to own material flow across the value chain, signaling what to buy or build. You’ll forecast demand, plan inventory, and ensure hardware requirements are supported by ERP tools.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Purchasing, and Manufacturing to resolve issues and drive best practices in S&OP, inventory optimization, and data-driven decisions. Costa Mesa onsite with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field is required.
• 3+ years of experience in a supply chain or production role in fast-paced manufacturing.
• Experience owning a complex value chain and coordinating multiple teams.
• Strong technical reading and understanding of hardware manufacturing processes.
• Experience with ERP systems like Oracle, NetSuite and CRM like Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day demand signaling, ordering, and inventory for various product lines.
• Identify and resolve supply issues by collaborating with Engineering, Purchasing, and Manufacturing teams.
• Lead S&OP discussions for designated product lines.
• Align forecasts with actual demand plans with Business Development and Growth teams.
• Report on supply and material health to inform key decisions.
