Anduril Industries is seeking a world-class Demand & Supply Planner in Costa Mesa, CA. You’ll own material flow from raw materials to finished goods, signaling and forecasting demand, planning inventory, and ensuring ERP-based hardware requirements are met.

You will lead cross-functional changes, collaborate with Engineering, Purchasing, and Manufacturing, and drive improvements in forecasting and inventory optimization. This role requires on-site work in Costa Mesa and travel up to 10%.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field.
• 3+ years in supply chain or production in fast-paced manufacturing.
• Ownership of a complex value chain coordinating multiple teams.

Aufgaben

• Manage day-to-day demand signaling, ordering, and inventory for product lines.
• Identify and resolve supply issues with Engineering, Purchasing, and Manufacturing.
• Lead S&OP discussions for Supply Planning on designated product lines.
• Coordinate with Business Development to align forecasts with demand plans.
• Report on supply and material health to inform decisions across Engineering, Purchasing, Manufacturing, and BD.
• Develop and maintain processes within MRP systems and master data.
