Job summary

HallPass Candy in New York City is seeking a highly analytical Demand Planning Manager to own the forecast across customers, channels, and SKUs, enabling balanced inventory and strong service levels.

You will partner with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations to build accurate forecasts, drive the S&OP process, and translate data into actionable business decisions in a fast-growing consumer brand environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Demand Planning or related roles.
• Experience forecasting across multiple channels and SKUs.
• Proven participation in S&OP/IBP processes.
• Strong Excel analytics and data visualization skills.
• Excellent cross-functional communication.

Responsibilities

• Own the rolling demand forecast across all customers, channels and SKUs.
• Develop short-, medium-, and long-range forecasts for inventory, production and capacity planning.
• Lead the monthly S&OP process and drive cross-functional alignment.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and bias; identify drivers of variance.
• Support new product launches with forecast assumptions.
• Build dashboards and KPIs to provide visibility into forecast performance.
