Job summary

HallPass Candy, a fast-growing HallPass Brands product, seeks a hands-on Warehouse & Distribution Manager in New York City to own end-to-end product movement. You will oversee inbound materials to co-manufacturers, transfers to 3PLs, and outbound distribution to retailers and distributors.

The role requires 5+ years in CPG logistics, strong data skills, and a track record with 3PLs, EDI, and cost control. This in-office role offers a competitive package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in warehousing, distribution, or logistics in a CPG brand.
• Direct experience managing 3PLs and carriers with SLA adherence.
• Experience with temperature-sensitive or food-grade product a plus.
• Strong data, spreadsheet, and reporting skills.
• Familiarity with retailer compliance and EDI (850, 856, 810).

Responsibilities

• Own inbound materials from suppliers to co-manufacturers and coordinate with planning.
• Schedule finished goods transfers to 3PL warehouses and ensure QA holds/releases.
• Manage outbound distribution to retailers and distributors, incl. OTIF and DXI accuracy.
• Lead inventory reconciliation, FEFO, and month-end variance reporting.
• Build KPI reporting and audit invoices, driving cost recovery and optimization.
• Write SOPs with 3PLs and onboard new warehouses as the network scales.
