Job summary

HallPass Candy is seeking a highly analytical Demand Planning Manager to own the company’s forecast across all customers, channels, and SKUs. This full-time, in-office role is based in New York City, requiring five days on-site weekly to collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations and ensure optimal inventory and service levels.

The position emphasizes developing short-, mid-, and long-range forecasts, leading the S&OP process, and delivering actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Experience in demand planning, forecasting, and S&OP/IBP processes.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills with ability to translate data into actions.
• Ability to collaborate across Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations.

Responsibilities

• Own the rolling demand forecast across customers, channels, and SKUs.
• Develop short-, mid-, and long-range forecasts to support inventory and production planning.
• Lead the monthly S&OP process and align cross-functional stakeholders.
• Monitor forecast accuracy, identify drivers of variance, and implement improvements.
• Support new product launches and expansions with forecasting assumptions.
• Translate forecasts into inventory and capacity requirements.
• Build dashboards and KPIs to track forecast performance.
