Job summary

HARIBO of America, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Demand Planning to lead the nationwide demand planning process for retail and distributor partners and to develop accurate forecasts by analyzing industry trends, historical data, consumption patterns, and competitive activity.

The role requires 7+ years in demand planning, strong ERP experience (SAP/IBP), and a background in the CPG sector. On-site at the Rosemont, IL corporate office, this position offers strategic visibility with senior leadership

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, Economics, or related field.
Demonstrated expertise using ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Blue Yonder, or other ERP systems. SAP IBP strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead the Demand Planning process for retail and distributor partners across the United States.
Provide accurate demand forecasts and continuously fine tune forecasts.
Collaborate with National Account Managers, Sales Directors, and Brand Managers to assess trends and promotions.
Present forecasts to senior leadership and drive data-driven decision making.
Create and manage data sets (SAP, IBP) for financial reporting and root-cause analysis.
