Job summary

Hubbell Incorporated is seeking a Demand Planner to develop and monitor finished goods forecasts using IBP and SAP. You will drive cash flow, optimize inventory, and support service goals while collaborating with Product Marketing and Sales.

Responsibilities include updating forecasts, coordinating monthly consensus meetings, and maintaining master data. A strong background in SAP IBP, Excel, and Power BI is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in related field or business.
• Master’s degree preferred in related field or business.
• APICS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze finished goods priorities and update SAP/IBP Demand Planning.
• Coordinate Demand Forecast Consensus monthly meeting with Product Marketing & Sales.
• Monitor and modify planning parameters as changes occur.
• Develop material forecast and stocking plan from NPD projects.
• Coordinate and develop materials’ phase-out plan.
• Analyze recast of ABC codes twice per year.
• Minimize excess & obsolete inventory with monthly reviews.
• Material master maintenance via reports/variants.
• Support and review IPR submissions with product management.
• IBP I/O analysis of safety stock, coverage, and ROP values.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.
