Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• Minimum five years in demand planning or related areas.
• Experience leading S&OP/IBP processes.
• Strong Excel and analytics capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve demand forecasts across products, customers, channels, and regions.
• Lead the S&OP/IBP demand-planning component with cross-functional alignment.
• Analyze historical sales, market trends, and promotions affecting demand.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Ops to finalize one demand plan.
• Monitor forecast performance with metrics like MAPE and bias.
• Provide demand-based inventory recommendations and risk mitigation.
• Drive continuous improvement in planning processes and data quality.
• Apply analytics, automation, and AI/ML when appropriate.
