Job summary

Tom Trese Networking LLC seeks a Supply Chain Demand Manager to develop and improve demand forecasting and planning across product lines, customers, regions, and channels. You will align Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain to optimize product availability and inventory while controlling costs.

You will lead the demand-planning component of S&OP/IBP, improve forecast accuracy, analyze market trends, and present actionable insights to senior leadership to drive business growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum of five years in demand planning or related.
• Experience leading or contributing to S&OP or IBP processes.
• Proven ability to improve forecast accuracy and translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience with ERP/MRP environments and planning systems.
• Advanced Excel and analytical tool proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve demand forecasts across product lines, customers, channels, and regions.
• Lead the demand-planning component of the S&OP/IBP process with cross-functional alignment.
• Analyze historical sales, demand, trends, seasonality, promotions, and external factors affecting demand.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Supply Planning to establish one approved demand plan.
• Monitor forecast performance using KPI metrics and variance analysis.
• Identify root causes of variances and implement corrective actions to improve accuracy.
