Job summary

Johnson Controls seeks a North America Demand & Supply Planning Manager to lead forecasting, planning, and inventory optimization across the North American region, including IBP leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

The role requires 8+ years in planning, a Bachelor's degree, and experience with Oracle, SAP, Kinaxis, or similar systems. On-site work in Marinette, WI or Lubbock, TX with up to 50% travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with related field preferred.
• Eight or more years in Demand Planning, Supply Planning or related areas in complex manufacturing.
• Experience leading end-to-end planning processes including S&OP/IBP and forecasting.
• Supervisory experience coaching and developing staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead North America Demand and Supply Planning teams to forecast, replenish, and schedule.
• Own regional supply planning, capacity planning, and inventory deployment.
• Translate demand plans into executable supply plans across networks.
• Lead monthly IBP and Supply Review processes and align with Finance and Commercial.
• Drive inventory optimization and safety stock governance across facilities.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Logistics, Product Management, and Operations.
• Mentor planning professionals and promote Johnson Controls Winning Behaviors.
