Job summary

The Keystone Distinction Group seeks a Supply Chain Demand Manager to develop and optimize demand forecasting and planning across product lines, customers, and regions. You will lead S&OP/IBP, improve forecast accuracy, and provide actionable insights to leadership for growth and inventory optimization.

You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Supply Planning to deliver one approved demand plan, monitor KPI performance, and drive continuous improvement in planning

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Adv. proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with reporting/visualization tools.
• Minimum of five years of progressive experience in demand planning, forecasting or related field.
• Experience leading S&OP/IBP processes.
• Experience with ERP/MRP environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage demand forecasts across product lines, customers, channels, and regions.
• Lead the demand-planning component of S&OP/IBP, aligning cross-functional forecasts and priorities.
• Analyze historical data, market trends, seasonality, promotions, and new products to drive forecast accuracy.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations and Supply Planning to establish one approved demand plan.
• Monitor forecast performance using metrics like MAPE and bias; identify root causes of variances.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field

Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Analytics, Engineering, or a related field
