Job summary

Job Juncture is seeking a Supply Chain Demand Manager to lead forecasting and planning across product lines, customers, regions, and channels. You will align Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain to optimize inventory, costs, and service levels.

In this role, you will drive S&OP/IBP processes, enhance forecast accuracy, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership while applying advanced analytics and AI-enabled forecasting where appropriate.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years in demand planning or related field.
• Proven experience leading S&OP/IBP processes.
• Strong Excel and analytics capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve demand forecasts across product lines, customers, channels, and regions.
• Lead demand-planning component of the S&OP/IBP process with cross-functional alignment.
• Analyze historical sales, demand drivers, seasonality, promos, and other factors.
• Provide demand plans and recommendations for safety stock and inventory positioning.
• Monitor forecast performance with KPIs such as MAPE and bias.
• Identify root causes of variances and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare demand reviews and executive summaries.
