Job summary

BestLogic Staffing in the United States seeks a Supply Chain Demand Manager to lead forecasting and planning across product lines and regions, aligning Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain to optimize availability and costs.

You will drive S&OP/IBP processes, improve forecast accuracy, monitor KPIs like MAPE and bias, identify risks, and present actionable insights to senior leadership, with a focus on inventory optimization and service levels.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of progressive experience in demand planning or related field.
• Proven experience leading S&OP or IBP processes and cross-functional alignment.
• Ability to convert data into actionable business recommendations.
• Experience with ERP/MRP environments and planning systems.
• Strong Excel skills and data visualization capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and improve demand forecasts across products, customers, regions.
• Lead the demand-planning component of S&OP/IBP with cross-functional alignment.
• Analyze historical data, market trends, seasonality, and promotions affecting demand.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Supply Planning to agree on one plan.
• Monitor forecast performance using KPI like forecast accuracy and MAPE.
• Identify root causes of variances and implement corrective actions.
• Support inventory strategies with demand-based recommendations.
• Develop demand plans for new products, transitions, and lifecycle changes.
• Present demand reviews and executive summaries to leadership.
