Job summary

KENT WORLDWIDE is hiring a Demand Planning Analyst in Muscatine, IA to develop forecasts, analyze drivers, and deliver data-driven recommendations that guide business planning and growth.

You will build and maintain Power BI dashboards, work with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain, and support budgeting and strategic planning with scenario analyses. A strong analytics background is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business analytics, supply chain, or related field.
• 3+ years in demand planning, forecasting, or analytics.
• 3+ years building forecasts with historical data and drivers.
• 2+ years creating dashboards/reports with Power BI/Excel.
• Strong analytical/problem-solving and scenario analysis.
• Experience collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT, and Supply Chain.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and improve demand forecasts using historical sales data, customer insights, market trends, and other demand drivers.
• Monitor forecast performance via accuracy, bias, and FVA; perform root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Analyze sales performance, customer demand, pricing, promotions, product mix, market dynamics and external factors.
• Conduct scenario planning and sensitivity analyses to assess market conditions and trends.
• Apply statistical forecasting methods, analytics, and data modeling to transform data into insights.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations to align demand with business goals.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, KPIs, scorecards; collaborate to enhance reporting.
• Support budgeting, financial forecasting, and strategic planning with demand forecasts and insights.
• Other duties as assigned.
