Job summary

Kent Worldwide in Muscatine, IA is seeking a Demand Planning Analyst to develop forecasts and deliver data-driven recommendations guiding commercial, operational, and strategic decisions. You will collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and IT to improve forecast accuracy.

You will build Power BI dashboards, perform scenario analyses, monitor forecast performance, and support budgeting and planning with actionable insights to drive sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, or related field.
• 3+ years in demand planning or forecasting analytics.
• 3+ years building forecasts using historical data and market trends.
• 2+ years building dashboards and KPIs with Power BI/Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience analyzing sales, pricing, promotions, product mix.
• Ability to collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, IT.
• Proficiency with Power BI, Excel, SQL, Python; analytics tools a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and improve demand forecasts using data and drivers.
• Monitor forecast performance with accuracy, bias, and FVA metrics.
• Analyze sales performance, demand, pricing, promotions, product mix, and market dynamics.
• Conduct scenario planning and sensitivity analyses for market conditions.
• Apply statistical forecasting methods and data modeling for insights.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, IT to align plans.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, KPIs, and scorecards.
• Support budgeting, financial forecasting, and strategic planning with forecasts.
• Other duties as assigned.
