Job summary

Opella is seeking a Demand Planning Analyst to support forecasting, inventory planning and KPI reporting in a hybrid role across Chattanooga, TN or Morristown, NJ.

You will manage Kinaxis activities, create item forecasts, and collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain to improve forecast accuracy and supply planning. A Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years’ related experience is preferred, along with strong Excel and analytics skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or 5+ years of experience in demand planning, manufacturing, inventory control, or analytics.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and investigative skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint and able to quickly learn new systems.
• Strong collaboration and teamwork skills with cross-functional work ability.

Responsibilities

• Support demand forecasting and Kinaxis forecasting for IBP process.
• Prepare monthly consumption and shipment reports/models across brands.
• Drive forecast accuracy and bias improvements through reporting and models.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain to integrate business strategies into the demand plan.
