Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 7+ years of experience in supply chain planning, inventory management, logistics, network optimization, or related disciplines.
• Experience developing inventory and replenishment strategies to improve service levels and reduce costs.
• Experience with data analysis, modeling, and scenario planning to support decisions.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and collaborate with multiple teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP/bI/supply chain planning systems.
• APICS/ASCM certifications (CPIM/CSCP/CLTD) and/or Lean Six Sigma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory optimization and network design strategies to improve service, reduce costs, and maximize working capital.
• Develop and maintain inventory policies, replenishment frameworks, and stocking strategies.
• Analyze end-to-end supply chain flows to identify opportunities to improve efficiency and performance.
• Build and leverage network optimization models and scenario analyses for strategic decisions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align operational strategies with business objectives.
• Establish governance, standards, and performance metrics for data integrity and improvement.
• Develop dashboards and reporting to provide visibility into inventory health and network efficiency.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation to enhance decision-making.
