The position emphasizes enterprise inventory optimization, policy development, and dashboard reporting to improve service levels and working capital.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 7+ years in supply chain planning, inventory, or network optimization.
• Experience building inventory and replenishment strategies to improve service levels and reduce costs.
• Experience with data analysis, modeling, and scenario planning for decisions.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives across multiple departments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP/BI systems; certifications preferred.
• APICS/ASCM and Lean Six Sigma certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory optimization and network design to reduce costs and maximize working capital.
• Develop inventory policies, replenishment frameworks, and stocking strategies.
• Analyze end-to-end supply chain flows to improve efficiency and service.
• Build optimization models and scenario analyses for strategic planning.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Finance, IT, and Commercial teams.
• Establish governance, standards, and performance metrics.
• Develop dashboards and reporting on inventory health and network performance.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.
