Opella is seeking a Demand Planning Analyst to join a hybrid team in Chattanooga, TN or Morristown, NJ. You will support demand forecasting, inventory planning, and KPI reporting using Kinaxis and SAP, collaborating across Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or 5+ years of experience in demand planning, analytics, or manufacturing.
• Experience with Kinaxis and SAP is preferred; ERP experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage Kinaxis activities, NPIs, SKU forecast disaggregation, and pricing maintenance.
• Drive forecast accuracy and bias improvements via reporting, models, and insights.
• Prepare monthly consumption and shipment reports/models across brands.
• Support inventory reduction and customer service goals aligned with strategy.
• Provide timely item-level forecasts to production planners and cross-functional partners.
• Analyze forecast accuracy, POS trends, inventory and shipments to drive improvements.
