Job summary

Laborie seeks a Demand Planning Analyst II to forecast demand for a defined product portfolio and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Planning to align assumptions with business needs, including new product launches and promotions.

You will analyze historical data to identify trends and seasonality, apply standard forecasting models, maintain dashboards and KPI summaries, and provide actionable insights to improve forecast accuracy and supply chain efficiency using ERP/MRP

Qualifications

5+ years in forecasting or supply chain analytics.
Strong math skills and ability to work with moderate data sets.
Experience with ERP/MRP systems, preferably SAP.
Ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent cross-functional communication and organization.

Responsibilities

Create and maintain demand forecasts for defined products or customer groups.
Analyze historical data to identify trends and seasonality.
Apply forecasting models to generate short- and mid-term forecasts.
Perform variance analysis and identify root causes of forecast errors.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Planning to input forecasts.
Develop reports and dashboards with KPI summaries.
