Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Forecast Management: create and maintain all stages of the demand plan and develop accurate forecasts.
• Integrated Business Planning: participate in SBP/IBP processes and develop an 18‑month rolling consensus forecast.
• Performance Monitoring: track forecast accuracy and KPIs; report changes to leadership.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with Sales and Marketing to incorporate insights into forecasts.
• Continuous Improvement: drive initiatives to improve forecast accuracy and system capabilities.
