Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field.
• 2+ years of demand planning/sales forecasting experience.
• Experience with statistical modeling and S&OP processes.
• Strong analytical, time management, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with SAP IBP, ERP platforms, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Analyze historical sales trends and model data to forecast future demand.
• Monitor demand vs. forecast to identify shortages/overages and actions.
• Prepare for and participate in monthly S&OP process.
• Develop short- and long-term demand forecasts with Sales leadership.
• Improve forecast accuracy to enhance service levels and planning efficiency.
• Prepare metrics to monitor demand planning performance.
• Optimize the SAP IBP tool within the planning process.
• Collaborate with supply planning to understand changes in demand.
• Communicate forecast requirements to Sales, Finance, and other departments.
• Participate in other business processes as needed.
