Job summary

Wolfspeed is seeking a Demand Forecasting Analyst to lead all aspects of the demand management process, including data gathering, analytics, forecasting, and variance reconciliation. You will partner with Sales, Finance, and Operations to align demand with supply and financial goals.

This role requires strong analytical skills, SAP IBP expertise, and experience with S&OP. You will influence decisions with data-driven insights and drive improvements in forecast accuracy and inventory planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 3+ years in business analytics and forecasting.
• Strong analytical skills with Excel and BI tools.
• Experience with SAP IBP.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience in an S&OP environment.
• Experience presenting forecasts to management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own consensus demand forecast with Sales, Marketing, BU leaders, Finance, and Distribution.
• Prepare BU Demand for monthly BU Demand Meeting in S&OP cycle.
• Reconcile operational plan with sales, manufacturing, and financial objectives.
• Communicate significant demand changes including risks and opportunities.
• Build relationships across Sales, Distribution, Operations, Finance, Product Line Management, Marketing.
• Drive data-driven decisions and cross-functional collaboration.
• Lead continuous improvements in IBP and S&OP processes.
• Monitor metrics like forecast accuracy and attainment.
• Support Annual Operations Plan and Long Range Plan.
• Collaborate with IT and Program teams on Continuous Improvement.
