Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in demand planning or supply chain (food/CPG preferred).
• APICS CPIM or CSCP certification preferred.
• Experience with SAP IBP or advanced planning tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain all stages of the demand plan.
• Participate in Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) processes.
• Track forecast accuracy and report changes to leadership.
• Work with Sales and Marketing for commercial insights.
• Drive initiatives to improve forecast accuracy.
