Job summary

Highline Warren is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Demand Planner to join our team. In this role, you will generate accurate and unbiased demand plans, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and communicate demand plan decisions to key stakeholders to ensure alignment with customer requirements and strategic goals.

You will support the monthly Integrated Business Planning (IBP) cycle by enriching baseline forecasts with business insights to deliver the unconstrained consensus

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, data analytics, supply chain, or related field.
• 2-3+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain planning.
• Strong data-driven decision making and communication skills.
• Advanced Excel and data visualization (Power BI, Tableau).
• Experience with forecasting tools and ERP/planning systems (SAP, Oracle, JDA, o9, Kinaxis).

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate and reliable demand plans by enriching baseline forecast models with cross-functional input.
• Enter, update, and maintain forecasts in planning and ERP systems to ensure data quality.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and customers to understand insights and dynamics affecting demand.
• Participate in the monthly IBP cycle and Demand Review processes with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor variances and identify risks, proposing corrective actions.
• Utilize POS, inventory, and order data to identify trends and supply risks.
