Job summary

Infinity Global, Inc. is seeking a Demand Planner to develop accurate forecasts and support inventory, supply, material, and production planning. You will analyze historical demand, market trends, and commercial inputs to build a consensus demand plan.

This role collaborates with Account Management, Supply Planning, and Purchasing to translate demand drivers into forecast adjustments and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field or 4+ years in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of statistical models and forecasting concepts.
• Proficient with MS Office suite; SQL, Access, and SQL Server familiarity helps.
• Clear verbal and written communication, plus strong organization.
• Experience with GAINS or ATLAS planning software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts based on data and market insights.
• Ensure data integrity and validate planning data across systems.
• Incorporate promotions, launches, and market intelligence into forecasts.
• Lead cross-functional consensus discussions to align on the forecast.
• Publish forecasts and document key assumptions for planning teams.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and drive continuous improvement.
