Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Project Delivery, Product Management, or related disciplines.
• Experience leading highly complex, cross-functional business and technology initiatives.
• Proven ability to independently facilitate executive-level meetings and influence decisions.
• Advanced experience documenting requirements, specifications, business rules, and flows.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives with competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and define end-to-end business processes using BRDs.
• Facilitate executive-level workshops to define strategy and direction.
• Identify root causes and long-term improvement opportunities.
• Serve as primary business owner for solution definition and delivery readiness.
• Lead cross-functional projects and multi-phase initiatives with complexity.
• Drive delivery from intake through implementation, managing scope and risks.
• Provide executive-ready updates focused on risks, impacts and outcomes.
• Mentor team members and share knowledge across the organization.
