Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Manager of Clinical Innovation to drive complex, strategic initiatives in the Clinical Solutions unit. You will partner with cross-functional teams to develop, test, and scale innovative health solutions that solve key business problems and create new value streams.

Strong leadership, analytics, and payer-space experience are essential. The role emphasizes driving programs from ideation to pilot, ensuring readiness, risk management, and measurable value

Qualifications

• 5+ years program management experience leading complex initiatives within the healthcare industry, preferably within the payer space.
• 5+ years successful experience in strategy, innovation and/or business process redesign within the healthcare industry (or equivalent).
• Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills, with a proven ability to effectively communicate key messages and deliver presentations across all levels of the organization, including to executive leaders.
• Strong data and analytics skills to synthesize information and derive key insights.

Responsibilities

• Leads, partners, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to develop, test, and implement innovative solutions and programs.
• Drives and manages projects through ideation, solution development and pilot with focus on value realization and monitoring.
• Supports evaluation of new areas of innovation and benchmarking to translate into new solutions.
• Fosters a customer- and colleague-centric culture aligned to strategic Heart At Work behaviors.
