Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Manager – Specialty Strategy and Business Value to lead analytics and strategy across Specialty Technology and operations. You will transform data and insights into executive‑ready recommendations, partnering with Product, Engineering, Operations, Finance, and business stakeholders to deliver measurable value.

You will build business cases, support roadmap prioritisation, and quantify impact on patient experience and service efficiency while maintaining strong ownership

Qualifications

• 5‑7 years of overall work experience with 3+ years of experience specifically focused in pharmacy operations.
• 3+ years of experience in data analytics, business analytics, financial analysis, operational analytics, value measurement, or performance reporting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to tailor messaging for operational, cross‑functional, and leadership audiences.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to evaluate business performance, operational pain points, workflow opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Develop business cases, feasibility assessments, cost‑benefit analyses, value sizing models, and benefit realization frameworks for proposed solutions.
• Translate complex analysis into clear, concise, executive‑ready insights for leadership decision‑making and roadmap prioritisation.
• Create executive‑ready summaries, presentations, dashboards, and value tracking materials for cross‑functional audiences.
