Qualifications

• Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in project management.
• Proven track record of leading highly complex, strategic, cross-functional projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Experience with project management methodologies and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead initiation and planning of highly complex projects aligned with strategic objectives.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, governance structures, and charters.
• Direct project schedules, resources, and risk mitigation across multiple projects.
• Manage stakeholder communications and executive-level status reporting.
• Mentor project managers and promote best practices.
• Oversee budgets, financial performance, and contract management.
• Ensure on-time delivery within budget and high-quality outcomes.
