Dematic is seeking a Project Manager in the United States to lead moderately complex, high-value integrated projects with scopes typically ranging from $10M-$30M. You will guide cross-functional teams, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure on-time delivery aligned with client expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in material handling industry.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Strong project management background.
• Team leadership and facilitation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and MS Projects.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage all phases of the project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategic objectives.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables; develop comprehensive project plans with activities, resources and timelines.
• Lead development and maintenance of integrated project schedules, risk registers, and budgets using defined PM tools.
• Establish and maintain project governance structures with clear roles and decision processes.
• Lead and motivate project teams to foster a collaborative, high-performing environment.
• Develop and implement resource management plans for optimal allocation and utilization.
• Monitor progress, identify critical path activities, and implement corrective actions to maintain schedules.
• Manage dependencies between tasks to ensure timely completion.
• Ensure contractual schedule alignment with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and implement communication plans for effective stakeholder engagement.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve conflicts.
• Provide regular status reports highlighting progress, risks, and issues.
• Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and presentations to ensure alignment.
• Negotiate contracts and manage vendor performance and changes.
