Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking an experienced Delivery Lead to shape the Intelligence & Insights portfolio and drive the roadmap across analytics, reporting, and insights solutions.

The role partners with business, analytics, product, data and technology teams to translate priorities into scalable capabilities that improve decision‑making and business value. Travel occasionally may be required for training or meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in management consulting, strategy, product management, analytics, or related fields.
• Experience developing roadmaps and governance structures.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives from concept to execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Interoperability Intelligence & Insights strategy and roadmap.
• Manage intake, prioritization, governance across analytics and reporting.
• Translate business needs into scalable analytics capabilities and insights.
• Help develop business cases, roadmaps, and prioritization materials.
• Define success measures and monitor value realization.
• Lead cross‑functional teams across business, analytics, data, product, tech.
• Establish governance and performance metrics for portfolio flow.
• Transform reporting into reusable, self‑service insights.
• Prepare executive analyses and recommendations for leadership.
• Facilitate alignment and executive readouts across the organization.
