Job summary

Humana Inc. seeks a Delivery Lead to shape the Interoperability Intelligence & Insights agenda. You will align business priorities with analytics capabilities, oversee intake and governance, and drive scalable reporting products across multiple stakeholders.

You will lead cross‑functional teams, establish performance metrics, and translate complex data into decision-ready insights that influence enterprise outcomes. Remote role with travel to Humana offices as needed.

Qualifications

• Leads strategic roadmaps, governance, and portfolio priorities across analytics and insights.
• Translates business priorities into actionable capabilities and measurable outcomes.
• Experience turning objectives into delivery plans, success metrics, and stakeholder recommendations.
• Ability to influence without direct authority in matrixed organizations.
• Experience with analytics product management and BI strategy is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Interoperability Intelligence & Insights strategy and roadmap.
• Manage intake, prioritization, governance, and execution across analytics initiatives.
• Partner with leaders to translate business needs into scalable analytics capabilities and reporting products.
• Support business case development, roadmaps, and prioritization materials.
• Define success measures and monitor adoption, value realization, and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Lead cross‑functional efforts across business, analytics, data, product, and technology teams.
• Establish governance frameworks to improve transparency and portfolio flow.
• Drive transformation from custom reporting to reusable, self‑service insights.
• Prepare executive-level analyses and recommendations for leadership decisions.
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment and executive readouts.
