Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking an experienced Delivery Lead to shape and operationalize the Intelligence & Insights portfolio.

You will partner across business, analytics, product, data, and technology teams to translate priorities into scalable capabilities and measurable value. This role drives governance, intake, prioritization, and roadmap execution, balancing immediate needs with reusable self‑service analytics, and preparing executive analyses to support leadership decisions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
5+ years in management consulting, strategy, product management, analytics, or related disciplines.
Experience developing roadmaps, operating models, and governance structures.
Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional initiatives from concept to execution.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain the Intelligence & Insights strategy and roadmap.
Manage intake, prioritization, governance, and execution across analytics and reporting.
Partner with leaders to translate business needs into scalable analytics capabilities.
Define success measures and monitor adoption, value realization, and stakeholder satisfaction.
Lead cross-functional efforts to drive delivery and measurable value.
Establish governance and portfolio flow to improve transparency and decision-making.
